I purchased the Special Value Pack CA#1468 December 12, 2017. After reviewing the ingredients on the packaging, the varieties & amounts of sugar contained in all of the products was prohibitive for health concerns that I have. I returned my products Jan. 15, 2018 (could have r/t them Jan. 11, however the distributor was unavailable). Jan. 16, I found an unopened Fibre 1 that I'd missed, so returned that to the distributor within a couple of days. By Jan. 20, 2018 at the latest, the distributor had all of my products, She said that refund processing would take 4-6 weeks. To keep this brief, I will not go into the run-around that I've been given regarding my refund. She did say there was a delay because she had to wait until Feb. for me to return the Fibre 1, which as the above stated date indicates, is not true. April 23, the distributor answered my inquiries, stating that the refund was processed directly to her. At this point, May 10, 2018, I have NOT received my refund. This is distressing & insulting to someone who is on a minimal fixed income & who has waited patiently for this to be resolved. When I purchased these products, my credit card was charged 382.13 the very next day. Arbonne did NOT have to wait for their payment from me. How could any distributor from this company justify the delay in returning my funds? My texts to her have gone unanswered.

I was surprised they gave me a free bag of protein powder to apologise for sending the wrong flavour. Customer service was very helpful and dealt quickly to resolve the error. Very happy customer!

I placed an order with one of your representatives from Prescott, AZ at one of our local fashion shops, Allie Ollie, on Sat. 9/19. I received an e-mail on 9/22 stating that my order had been shipped by UPS. I've called your customer service twice & left messages both times but no one ever calls back. I'm still waiting to receive my products. How do I cancel this order & get my credit card amount reinstated? I need some answers asap.

Met an Arbonne rep at a wedding show, put name in draw and was choosen. I think almost everyone that submitted something did. The rep called to offer free makeup for the wedding party and to meet. She dropped off samples to try but I felt bad she was so nice but the product was not for me. I already have lots of nice lotions, think maybe this is for the older crowd.
