I actually did not go into the wonderland. I was going to pick up my children, and by mistake I drove into the entrance lanes, and I found myself trapped, as the only way was to go in and pay $ 24 entrance fee. When I refered to the attendants working at the entrance gates, none of them could help me (and the three other drivers who had the same problem as mine.) When I eventually asked to talk to the supervisor, I had to talk to this young lady, called Cece, who would not accept to refer me to a higher authority, nor would she suggest a solution. She kept repeating "you have to pay the fee, or turn and go back in the opposite direction (illegally), at your own discretion". As a matter of fact, my surprise was greater than my disappointment at the level of irresponsibility and senselessness towards customers concerns and problems. Above all, I was more than disappointed with the lack of efficient measure regarding the frequent visitors who might take the wrong path. I am certain that many visitors have the same problem on a daily basis (three other drivers had the same problem, only in 10 minutes). Finally, I demand that this problem be dealt with, so this issue can be dealt with efficiently for the well being of visitors.

Today was just terrible. I purchased "preferred parking" and was told to go into ANY location. Upon arrival, parking half empty, attendant tells me it is "full" and will not let me or the other vehicle in, meanwhile cars were leaving as this was going on. I was told it is "company policy" and the person who sold the ticket did not know it is full (IT IS ACTUALLY HALF EMPTY!!!!) I asked for a manager, a team leader showed up(15 minutes later) telling me the same thing for the next 10 minutes, then I was really frustrated asked for higher manager, which he came(after 20 minutes) and instantly let us in. other than high prices, terrible food, and long lines, we wanted funnel cake, so we waited in line, which took 20 minutes, then we were told we had to wait in ANOTHER LINE FOR PICK UP, at first I didn't mind, none of us did. Then half an hour later, I asked for the manager, I noticed only 2 people working, one taking orders and one making the orders, few in the back doing absolutely nothing. I do not know who came up with the idea of waiting two lines for funnel cake, but it is a terrible idea. . As I was asking for management children began using foul language towards me, and were saying "YOU WANT TO FIGHT, COME FIGHT ME, COME ON" harassing me, keep in mind I have my one year old son with me. THAT is when management came, not because I asked for one.So what I have noticed is absolutely no communication between staff members, untrained staff, greedy company that will make everything very expensive, and also not enough security to control all the children running around without their parents, management doesn't really care. My family and I will NOT be purchasing season passes until we see improvements, it is a wonderful place, not living up to its fullest potential. Some employees were wonderful, others were over worked, others did not care which can be quite dangerous.

I had attended the sneak peak opener for the seasons pass holders excited to be taking my family and it ended up being the most disasterous day on account of an employees lack of training and common sense. I had purchased the drink seasons pass that include a refillable cup you must take in order to enjoy the unlimited drinks for the season. I had gone to a drink station and the girl scanned my card to confirm my pass but then told me that thier drink station was closed and to go elsewhere. She did not give me the cup. When I arrived to the next station the kid scanned my card again and said it was invalid. I told him that another station had scanned my card but did not give me the cup and sent me there instead. He said I would have to go back to the previous station and settle it out because he could not do anything. I asked if he could call me a supervisor incase I had a hard time when I got there. He tried to call numerous times for someone to come and accompany me and nothing. Finally I left and flagged down a supervisor to help me. He came to the first origional station and spoke to the team lead to sort the mishap. One hour and 20 minutes later!!! No joke I had just about had it. The team lead did her best to sort out because this was the most rediculous thing to sort out with customer service involving my drinkpass cancelled and reinstated that took forever. Then the card was still invalid, why this girl couldnt just call a supervisor to help her out was rediculous, instead she chose to fluster herself and do something she obviously had no idea to do. In addition the girl who screwed this all up in the first place was so distraught at her blunder she would not stop coming out to apologize, at first it was okay and I told her so but after this was dragging on for quite a while her apologies were cover ups for the massive undergoing this took. I will start by saying we had great time at the park today except for only one thing.I stopped at Coasters to get a bite to eat. I ordered a cheeseburger combo and my wife ordered onion rings and a drink. When I got the burger the bun on the burger was so stale and cold like it just came out of the freezer and the onion rings were cold as well. I took them back and was told that those were the only buns they had. She did however take my onion rings which i thought she would replace with a new hot batch but after waiting a few minutes I was presented with the same onion rings I was given originally only they were put back in the deep fryer and given back to me saturated in oil and burnt. I was with my wife and kids so i just threw the burger and onion rings in the garbage and left cause I didn't feel like yelling at a child you have running the place. I really think there should be an experienced food manager in every restaurant in the park cause Coasters was being run by kids that have no sense of customer service or how to cook and present food. Considering how expensive the food is , it should at least be served fresh and hot. I would never go back there or to any other restaurant in the park being run by kids. Very frustrating experience that left me angry and wanting to leave the park and never return !

Customer service: Canada's wonderland On 8/29/16 I decided to enjoy a day at wonderland with my kids. I was not to familiar on rates on entry, so at the ticket sales gates I had lots of questions, but the rep simplified things by letting my know that there was a special that day, that if I purchased a season pass it would be valid the remaining of the 2016 season and through 2017. I was so excited about the offer that I purchased 3, and decided to get another one for my husband because he was not with us that day. The rep (Gordon Levitsky) told me that all my husband had to do was have the receipt to take his photo when we came back. So today (9/24/16) we decided to surprise our kids on a day at wonderland with the both of us. Upon arrival, we had to go to the season pass office to take my husband picture, we did that and proceeded to the gates to enter. At the gates our cards were scanned and the rep let me know very abruptly that our cards were only valid 2017. I told him that was not the case, and that I was advised from one of the ticket sales agent when purchasing that it was valid straight till 2017. I asked to speak to a manager, and that was no help, he told me that I needed to speak to guest services. At guest services I was advised that I could not enter the park, and that my husband card had a one time entry for 2016. At this point we had our children (ages 7 and 3) who were getting restless due to the length of time trying to get this issue resolved. At the end of it all guest services did not give any resolution to the situation. During my conversation with guest services we confirmed the employee that advised me of the option of purchasing the season pass for the remaining of 2016 until 2017. Guest services manager (Jamie Forbes) advised that maybe the employee did not know of the promotion or how it works. At the end of the day, that has nothing to do with me as a customer. Came all the way from NFLD to take my kids to this wonderful park. Spent$406 just for us to get here from Toronto and to enter only to get on one ride then we had bad thunder showers with no where to go and everything was closed, couldnt get a drink no food and then having to explain to your kids that we might not get to do anything else here and we are heading home tomorrow. Maybe they should shut the park down due to expecting thunderstorms instead taking our hard earned money and not getting to do anything. What a rip off.Ill be going to flordia instead of this stinky shithole once I work my ass off to make up for what I wasted here today. Thanks for spoiling our trip.

Hi, I planned a birthday party at Wonderland on June 18th, for my daughters 11th birthday, she was finally able to enjoy the adult rides for the first time, unfortunately, her last ride at 9pm although the park closes at 10pm, she wanted to try the mountain roller coaster, I believe it was called the Guardian, she waited in line for an hour and then when she was on the ride, they were all stuck at the top of the roller coaster, when I started to ask questions, I was told they do not know what is wrong, and they are waiting for mechanical technician. I requested to get them off the ride, these were 11 year olds under my care, stuck at the top of the ride, and it was discounted that they had to stay there and wait until they figured out the problem. It wasn't until I requested to speak to a manager that I was escorted to the back entrance where there were to get off, over half an hour later and after they were able to get off the ride, they were offered another round??? WHY would I send my child and her friends when they were first and foremost terrified, stuck on the top of the mountain and without any care how to handle the situation by the attendants? I cannot believe the reaction being responsible for the lives of other people without any care?

The parking attendant stood with his hands In his pockets for three hours not attempting to move or assist in the outgoing traffic. The worst experience I've ever had and I hope he gets fired because he is useless.

Just as Scammed has reviewed, I rented a locker at SplashWorks for $15 just to have all our belongings stolen. Jim Madden head of security has done nothing for us. We had 3 wallets stolen and 3 cell phones and our car key. Very sad that Canada's Wonderland takes no responsibility for their secure lockers. I will never go back there again.

My son paid $15 in Splash works for a locker doing the responsible thing locking it up for it all to be stolen. They basically admitted they have people stealing stuff from these lockers YOU pay to rent and set your own passcode, yet it's somehow over rode, and all your stuff is gone. With his iPhone, Oakelys, wallet with cash and more, new Sanuck shoes x 2, girlfriends purse, it was over $1000 stolen, and they take no responsiblility, while KNOWING people are stealing. No camera's, no extra security (which the head security Jim Madden is useless and had extreme horrible customer service). It took 5 days of calling and an email to get a reply that they won't do a damn thing about it, and have the admit this is happening all the time. Why is this not posted to see before you rent this locker for an insane price of $15 in the first place. I still believe it was an inside job, as we were able to look it up on the kiosk what time my son bought the locker and locked it and that his code was not put in til he returned to find his stuff gone. When we had security and a worker come over, they were able to over ride many codes to check other lockers trying to blame us for opening the wrong locker (cause some other random person had the same locker we KNOW was ours and just happened to have the same four digit password my son picked.. I DON"T THINK SO)... it was very fishy, and we got many different stories from different workers and security guards over the days of calling and speaking to them. DO NOT RENT THE SPLASH WORKS LOCKERS..................

I was leaving and decided to get our pictures in a key chain. I was waiting for long and the kid at cash Didn't notice me and took customer behind me so I was upset. Then finally got to other girl who explained about key chain being 19.99$ if I added a 4x7 it's 5.99 so I said ok. When I received one key chain and asked for second one they advised I paid only for one, I told girl that's not what I was told she gave attitude and I advised her to next time explain better she told me whatever F$&? Off!!! I was offended and she walked away. Then I told her why is she saying profanity in front of kids ?? She continued to swear and said want me to take this uniform and beat the F$&@ out of you? She continued to intimidate and harass me until her manager told her to go inside office horrible horrible experience the manager finally showed up like 40 min later and gave pictures for free but after spending $500 I deserved a free ticket .

Ever since Canada's Wonderland opened my family have made it a yearly event, until the evening of Octorber 18th, 2014. I was taking my daughter and grandson to the Haunted Halloween, we went into Vaughn Mills mall to find somewhere we could have dinner before the event. Our car was hit head on by a 25 yr old, he totalled my car, he was able to drive away. While waiting in the freezing cold we were harassed by a foreign tow truck driver. All in all we ended up having my car towed away and we were left stranded and in shock. I suggested our ride from London will take a while so lets get a taxi and go over to Wonderland. As if we had not gone through enough, the prices had sky rocketed since my first Haunted Halloween when it was half price. When we got inside we managed to get into only one event. All the other line ups were 2 hrs long. It was -4 degrees, the rides were not working because of the cold. We were in the line up for a funnel cake when this rude man pushed me knocking me back 6 steps. I heard the lady behind me saying to her friends "this is the last time I am coming here". We shared our stories of the disgusting line ups, we both agreed that it was over sold and Wonderland should not have been so greedy... there should have been a cut off amount of people let in. The first time I ever attended the Haunted Halloween it was the best thing ever, tickets were half price and no line ups for the rides, I used to rave on about how amazing it was. after the crash and being stranded in Vaughn, that was a really bad ending to our evening. I have never been treated so poorly in my life. The company doesn't know what CUSTOMER SERVICE means. The employees didn't seem to care that the solution they were trying to offer me was just ridiculous.
