WestJet it was suppose to be customer first. 5 hour flt to and from Curacao flight attendant came around one each way for water or drinks. as to rent and Ipad had to as twice she told us she would check to see if they were charged, my wifes was 20 percent charged. we are in Toronto Sunday from Curacao yes the Aiport cancelled all flights but the storm had been going on for at least 24 hrs. We waited in line for 3 hrs to tell us and give us a hotel which was 30 minutes out no problem and a 15 dollar meal voucher for food and only use at the airport what can you get for $15. that was 15 for B,L, and Dinner a joke. and a taxi chet and only 3 cabs take voucher the waiting for this was a least 200 people at least 2 hrs at least 5 hrs to get to your hotel we were lucky we only at 50 people waiting in line to get our hotel and taxi and Food Vouchers but within 30 min of arriving in line there must have been at least 200 people waiting. they only had 3 rep working and there was 6 empty stations with no rep available. There was no one to assist to answer questions the storm had been on for 24 hrs west jet should have had more rep on people behind us must have had to wait all night at least 6hr just in line and then had wait for a taxi. our fight to Ottawa was reschedule to Tue and arrived in Toronto on Sunday but west jet policy is you cannot get a hotel voucher for two night we had to come back in to the city again the next morning to get a hotel and food vouchers for the next day. Wait in line again for two hrs and go back to the hotel again. I asked for the second night vouchers their policy is you have to come back the next day GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE I have travel a lot in almost 40 years I have had many delays and cancellations but never had this poor customer service and the rep that was helping in Toronto was excellent they were just following west Jets policy which ..... we all understand Toronto Airport was crazy that weekend and Monday but saw wes

Service was very good , seat good. My dog also was happy with his care. What was a BIG problem was Orlando airport had no elevators to take dog, large kennel, me and a case up to arrivals. The Westjet employee was wonderful carrying the kennel, I had the dog and a very kind airport employee took my case. This was not great organization for an airport not to have facilities to take oversized luggage up to exit airport. What about wheelchairs I hope my return flight will not be marred by a similar problem, My regret was I did not get the 2 wonderful ladies names. Lots of men standing arround trying to look busy.??????

On November 8th/2017 I was on a W.J. flight to Barbados, leaving from Toronto - one hour late - said that they had no pilot! Full flight - no food offered - asked and was told - oh it is all gone. Did not announce "service from our Menu". So I arrived in Barbados having not eaten anything for 10 hours. Apart from 2 cookies and a pkg. of Pretzels. Extremely dehydrated as cart came along only twice - no additional water offered in between the cart service. Why do you have a menu card when it appears that only the Plus clients are fed? Pilot when he did arrive to fly the plane, was looking very dishevelled - uniform - shirt hanging out and hair uncombed. When we arrived in Barbados he appeared in the cockpit doorway looking even more untidy and said "well I had a good rest". I have given this whole not so comic episode a lot of thought and perhaps this was an industrial unrest issue. It all seemed so deliberate to me. I have flown with Westjet since its inception. Sad! Senior citizens, my wife and I recently incurred costs well over $300 trying to overcome a problem brought on by flying with WestJet. My letter directly to the head of WestJet's Customer Relations hasn't been graced by any kind of response. WestJet finally dumped us of in the wee hours at Pearson where we had no recourse but to spend the rest of the night in great discomfort. Then we had to find our own way home in the morning-- 300k away. Come on, WestJet -- you used to be good!

Just writing the commend the booking agent (forgot to get her name but in our conversation we learned that she has been 19 years in the industry) who assisted my wife and I in booking our return flight to the UK for June. We are not frequent travelers and she was exceptional in guiding and educating us on the in and outs of air travel. She was sometimes stymied by computer issues during our call but she managed them with grace, humour and professionalism that really impressed us. Our reservation code is NIRMUX and I wanted to send kudos to her and give WestJet a big 'thumbs up'!

We had excellent service on our fight WS448 from Vancouver to Winnipeg. Special thanks to Faye (emp. # 11973) and her team mate Mar-----? Being totally non-ambulatorty they went out of their way to accommodate me.

I always fly WestJet and have never had a bad experience with them, unlike my one trip with Air Canada. ... you guys are the best, keep up the good work and the good humor ..... had to phone and change my return flight to Canada and the rep was so darn good and polite . .....

To whom this may concern: I am a disgruntled WestJet flyer at this moment. I flew with your airline a multitude of times and always enjoyed the service - hospitality and friendliness. I am a veteran, I have a Registered Medical Alert Service Animal named Ali a Golden Doodle, she is two feet tall and three feet long. My wife, Ali and I already flew on a round trip flight from Halifax via Calgary to Victoria without any difficulties. Recently my wife and I went back to the Flight Center in Halifax to book another round trip flight to Victoria and went through a process of hell due to a service agent named Rich on the 4th Feb '15 @ 19:23 Hrs. I was told by Alexandra Kelter (the travel Consultant) from the Flight Center that Rich and four other WestJet service agents said I had to fill out the "Information Sheet - Request for Special Seating for a Guest with a Disability" or Ali would not be allow on the flight. After reviewing the eleven page document, I knew it didn't apply to myself or Ali, I don't require assistance. Due to the fact that we flew with WestJet before with my Service Animal, I was informed by your Head Office that upon booking another flight with Ali that I would not have any problems, this perplexed me because Ali was already registered in your airline data system and has been there since the 1st Oct '14. My wife and I were infuriated and Alexandra was annoyed with the fact that Rich and four other WestJet service agents via telephone were not listening to what we were telling them. I thought it was very unprofessional on their part. I was in the people business for 40 + year in which 31 1/2 of those years was military time in the Food Industry and never have I ever treated people/customers in that manner. Another point I'd like to address, why is it that I have to paid $400.00 more to use the Plus Fare because the only seats available to accommodate Ali being in row 2 A-B-C & D-E-F. I don't understand why if I use Flex or Economy

On Saturday November 8th I was about to board my flight to Saskatoon when I realized I had forgotten my ID at home . Panic set in but a West Jet " Angel" LINDA SMITH offered to help me. When she finished her shift she drove me home [I live in the NW Linda lived in the SW. } She waited for me and drove me back to the airport. Linda arranged with another wonderful West Jet agent to re issue a new boarding pass for the next available flight, retrieve my baggage and transfer .I was so very grateful that Linda went out of her way to help me and I cannot express the the full appreciation I feel. Please accept my warmest thanks to this amazing lady. Linda has restored my faith in human kindness and devotion to West Jet. Kudos to WEST JET for hiring the best ! Sincerely , Joan Oosman

they are not a bad company but when a person have to sit in an airport for an extra 7 hours and never got a straight answer from them why. Then not even a sorry from the head office

I have taken WestJet since its infant days to my last flight in May 2013.Always very friendly and they are willing to help in any way that you need. I like Lorraine have sent my children when they were young unaccompanied to their Grandparents having to deal with delays due to bad weather, deicing problems. Never leaving them alone and keeping them busy so time flew by. So many kudos to all the staff. Thanks for service above and beyond. Have used the competition and found them sorely lacking in customer service and friendliness.

I ONLY FLY WEST JET! Past experiences with other company has put a bad taste in my mouth.MY GRAND KIDS CAME TO VIST ME FROM Winnipeg MB. THE WEST JET GROUP WERE SO WONDERFUL LOOKED AFTER THEM AS IF THEY WERE THIER OWN FAMILY.Here and back made them feel so special.Alway a smile with WEST JET.WE FLY OUT OF VANCOUVER

I want you to fly out of Hamilton ALL year. I had to take Portor a couple of months ago it was awful NEVER again. PLEASE fly out of Hamilton all 12 months or better hours out of Toronto. Thank you

Smooth Experience. Great customer service. The flight to Kauai was so great and the customer service West Jet provided was second to none. We were on the first ever flight to Kauai and West Jet celebrated in style with Hawaiian music in the airport in Vancouver. Great idea. Thumbs up West Jet
